Metric Nexus is a marketing analytics platform that helps teams connect their marketing tools, analyze performance data, and automate task creation based on insights.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

• You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metric Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy
